Returns

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered

  • Opened or consumed food items are non-returnable

Eligible Cases

Conditions

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging where applicable

  • Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 working days
